LeadLoadr sends transactional and operational SMS notifications related to inbound customer calls, missed calls, lead activity, account activity, and service-related updates.

2. Opt-In

Users opt in to receive SMS notifications by enabling SMS messaging during account registration or within account settings on the LeadLoadr platform.

During opt-in, users are presented with a consent checkbox similar to:

By enabling SMS notifications, users consent to receive recurring operational and transactional text messages from LeadLoadr.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on account activity, inbound calls, lead activity, and platform usage.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on the user's mobile carrier and messaging plan.

5. Opt-Out

Users may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message received from LeadLoadr.

6. Help

Users may reply HELP for assistance or contact customersupport@leadloadr.com for support.

7. Privacy

SMS consent and phone numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
